  • Identity verification data (for advertisers)
  • Published content: photos, videos, listing text
  • Usage data: pages visited, clicks, session time
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser
  • Payment data: processed by certified third parties · we do not store card data

  • Provision of platform services
  • Age and identity verification for advertisers
  • Fraud prevention and content moderation
  • Compliance with legal obligations (ECA, LGPD, anti-trafficking laws)
  • Communications about your account and listings

4. Your Rights (LGPD)

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Confirmation of processing
  • Access to your data
  • Correction of incomplete or outdated data

  • Deletion of data, where applicable
  • Withdrawal of consent

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. After deletion, we retain minimum records for the period required by law (up to 5 years for audit and legal compliance). Identity verification data is retained as required by regulation.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with: payment processors, identity verification services, competent authorities when required by law, and infrastructure providers necessary for platform operation · all subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements.
