1. Access and Eligibility

Privé is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By accessing this platform, you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to consume adult content. Access by minors is expressly prohibited and subject to applicable legal measures.

2. Nature of the Platform

Privé is a classifieds platform for advertising companionship services between adults. We are not an agency, we do not intermediate payments between users and have no responsibility for negotiations conducted outside the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

It is expressly prohibited to advertise or publish:

• Any content involving minors
• Content that constitutes human trafficking
• Images or videos obtained without consent
• False, misleading or fraudulent content
• Material that violates third-party rights

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

The advertiser is solely responsible for published content. By creating a listing, you declare that you have authorization from all individuals depicted in uploaded media, that all persons photographed or filmed are over 18 years of age, and that the content does not violate any applicable Brazilian or international law.

5. Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without right to refund. Content suspected of involving minors will be immediately removed and reported to competent authorities, including NCMEC and the Brazilian Federal Police.

6. Limitation of Liability

Privé is not responsible for encounters, negotiations or any interaction between users outside the platform. We recommend that users take all necessary safety precautions in any personal encounter.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
